A criminal organization that lurks underground in Tokyo. They were planning to awaken the gods by using the sacred power of the four shrine maidens, Hinomiko, Mizunomiko, Kazenomiko, and Tsuchinomiko, who are spiritual complexes with spirits. Agents of the government's secret agency protect the four girls from such evil hands.
