It's down to the final two applicants, and for the deciding test, they must report to the top floor of Bad Boy to work for the man himself. He puts them through their paces, testing their dedication, work ethic and their sense of humor. They must arrange a last-minute listening party for Bad Boy employees that night to hear tracks from his new album, "Last Train to Paris" at the hip Hudson Hotel. Then it's reckoning time. Two applicants are summoned to the roof deck of the hotel, but only one will leave with the job of Diddy's new assistant.
