"Евангелион в Школе" это пародия на Евангелион Нового Поколения, в которой все персонажи оригинального сериала становятся учениками средней школы в Токио-3. Сериал представляет три "Сестры Рей": первая Рей младше, чем остальные участники, вторая похожа на ту Рей которую зрители видели в оригинальном сериале и образ третей Рей базируется на активной и неловкой "Альтернативной Рей" из снов в последней серии оригинального сериала. Более того, EVA 01 робот также посещает эту школу, но выглядит как небольшой робот размером с рост человека. Даже Jet Alone представлен одним из персонажей сериала.
