40-летний Кохэй Намики работает неполный рабочий день в охранном агентстве, а помимо этого заботится о детях своей ветренной сестры. Но у него есть одна заветная мечта: открыть свою звезду. Вот только осуществить эту мечту из-за сложного материального положения семьи весьма трудно. В один прекрасный день Кохэй становится временным телохранителем известной корейской актрисы Хан , приехавшей в Японию на съёмки фильма в паре с известным японским актёром Таканабэ Ямато. Но как тесен оказывается наш мир. Таканабэ оказывается одноклассником Кохэя, а племяшка Кохэя знакомится с братом Юны. Ну и на закуску возникшие между Кохэем и Юной нежные чувства.
