In this episode, we get acquainted with the inhabitants of the "Pentagon" — a house in which there is no sewerage and heating, the roof leaks, the balcony railing and the entrance doors fall off. The heroes of the film — like sailors on a sinking ship — run from one hole to another, trying to patch them up, but they are afraid to complain to the administration: "it would be worse."
