In a quiet and peaceful city, taxi drivers dream of long journeys, tax exemptions and public transport lanes to Brann Stadium. Football supporters dream of beating Rosenborg. The farmers dream of more predator compensation and subsidies, and others again, dream of becoming celebrities. The police also have very quiet days, until the chief collection officer at the Kemner office in Bergen is found dead in the boot of a taxi, suffocated by a Rosenborg scarf.
