Carlotta brings Adriana to Foxy Roxy's for a trim but the Hair Haven's proprietor decides to give the girl a complete makeover. As Viki screams in horror, Jessica tumbles into the river along with Mitch. Though Renee feels bad about endangering Roxy's business with their charade, Nigel assures her that Asa would never actually follow through on his threat of taking a wrecking ball to the beauty salon. Keri explains to Natalie how Liz died alone in the plane crash, then reveals that baby Jamie is her biological child. Antonio dives into the freezing waters of the Llantano River but can find no sign of Jessica or Mitch. Adriana's glamorous new look shocks a disapproving Carlotta.
