This year's SanTaku was filmed and aired in the spring instead of on New Year's due to SMAP's disbandment. Sanma decides that he wants Kimura to start from the beginning and has him be his assistant for a full day. Later, the two visit places used in famous scenes from their respective breakout dramas "Seven Men and Women, Summer Story" and "Long Vacation". The show wraps up with Kimura singing the theme songs from said dramas: SHOW ME and LA ・LA ・LA LOVE SONG.
