Randolph Winters

J. Randolph Winters was an American author, researcher, and lecturer who specialized in the fields of UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects) and extraterrestrial life. He was born on February 18, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. He devoted a significant portion of his life to studying the works of Swiss UFO contactee, Billy Meier. He became fascinated with Meier's stories about encounters with extraterrestrial beings and spent years researching his claims. Winters wrote extensively on the subject, authoring several books about Meier's experiences and the messages he received from the Pleiadian extraterrestrial group.
